The government has recently announced that dentists in metropolitan Melbourne will move to ADA Level 2 dental restrictions from September 28 and to Level 1 dental restrictions from October 26. This means that we will be able to resume non-urgent procedures, including:
– Examinations and Hygiene Clean
– Fillings
– Crowns and Veneers
– Tooth Extractions
– Medical management of soft tissue presentations (such as ulcers)
– TMJD management
– Denture procedures
– Preventative procedures such as fluoride application
– Orthodontic treatment (Braces and Invisalign)

Our practice has always been one that looks toward the future. s COVID-19 restrictions ease on September 28, people will begin to resume their regular routines, and we have already developed and implemented a system that’s designed to keep you and your loved ones safe so you can enjoy peace of mind during your dental appointments.
We are continuing the following measures to ensure yours and our staff’s safety:

Asking all patients and guardians to complete hand hygiene on arrival

Barrier screens placed at reception areas

The use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for all clinical staff

Antibacterial pre-rinse is used on all patients to reduce bacteria in the mouth

The surfaces are wiped down after each patient with hospital-grade disinfectant
We will continue to maintain our highest level of sterilisation in accordance with infection control guidelines.
