Custom-designed using Digital Smile Design software and milled from high-performance materials, they’re fitted within 24 to 48 hours of surgery. Your implants continue to integrate with the bone over the following months, but your final teeth are already in place from day one.
Do I need bone grafting with All-On-4 Plus®?
Not necessarily. The angled implant placement is designed to maximise contact with available bone, which often means grafting can be avoided even where some loss has occurred. Where bone quality or clenching pressure requires it, additional implants or targeted grafting may be recommended during your individual assessment.
What does ongoing maintenance involve?
Professional maintenance every three to six months includes specialised cleaning around the implants and monitoring of bone and tissue health. Your team will also guide you on the home care routine best suited to your specific prosthetic.
