Dr Richard is a general dentist who completed his dental degree at La Trobe University. Before becoming a dentist, Richard worked as an Ambulance Paramedic and has extensive knowledge in dental and medical emergencies.

Dr Richard brings a calming presence to the room and enjoys putting patients at ease. He has a particular interest in dental surgery, especially wisdom teeth. Richard understands there can be some anxiety regarding these procedures, and uses available techniques to help make your visit as comfortable as possible, including happy gas where needed.

Dr Richard received the ANZ Society of Paediatrics award for excellence in children’s dentistry, and enjoys treating patients of all ages.

Outside of work, Richard loves spending time with his two young children bike riding, playing tennis, watching movies or taking his dog Indie (his third child) for a walk. He loves the gym so he can work off all the delicious food he loves cooking and eating.
