What Happens at an Initial Dental Consultation with Dental House?

Today we’re going to share with you exactly what happens at your first visit at the Dental House Group.

Hi, Dr Fong here. I’m the principal dentist here at Dental House Group. Yesterday, one of my long term patients Jessie from Bacchus Marsh asked me, “Wow, you guys are growing so fast. What’s your secret formula?” I told her, “There’s really no secret formula. The reason why you always come back, and our patients refer all their family and friends to us, is because of the way we treat our clients.” We treat you as our own.

Let me show you what happens when you become part of our family and come in for your initial comprehensive examination.

First of all, allow an hour for this visit. The aim is not to do any treatment on the day, but to find out about what your needs are and how we can help you. You’ll be greeted by one of our lovely front desk officers before being taken in by our treatment coordinator, who will ask you a series of questions so that we understand you better. There’ll also be a series of photos taken of your teeth so that the dentist will have all the information they need.

Then you’ll be introduced to your dentist for the rest of the consultation. The aim is to give you a good overview of what your teeth are like, and what are some of the issues you have now, or some of the potential issues that you may face moving forward.

Sometimes if you have a lot of questions or if we run out of time, or we need to discuss your treatment further, the dentist will organize a complimentary follow-up consultation so we don’t rush through the session and we can go through things properly.

All the dentists and therapists here at Dental House are specifically trained to be extra gentle and compassionate.

If you like what you hear, and you and your family are looking for a new home to look after all your dental needs, we would love to look after you.

Simply give us a call, send us a DM or fill in the enquiry form on our website, and we will be in touch to organise a time with you.
