Recently, I had a conversation with one of our patients, Anne from Sunbury. Because of the medication she has been taking for many years, it has really deteriorated her teeth and her gum. As a result, she has lost many teeth, the remaining ones are no longer stable.

Anne has been thinking about a complete smile makeover, and after seeing many success stories about All-on-4, she became intrigued.

The answer is that All-on-4 is a fantastic solution for many people, but unfortunately, it is not for everyone. The suitability of this procedure depends on a few factors like bone density, general health, lifestyle choices, and age.

Generally, good candidates for all-on-4 have enough bone density in the jaw, and do not have health conditions that could interfere with the healing process.

Those with systemic health conditions like uncontrolled diabetes may also face complications. Smokers, too, may experience a lower success rate due to poor healing and increased risk of infection.
